I counsel 2 issues, 1 chop up the cabbage & lettuce similar to chopping the remainder of the veggies, and a couple of, make all the pieces a day or 2 day forward EXCEPT for the lettuce so the flavors mix, add the lettuce the day you intend to eat it. This is a superb Salad!!
