CHEESEY MEATLOAD PROTEIN BITES

  • 1 lbs lean floor beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 baggage Quest BBQ Protein Chips, crushed
  • ÂĽ cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt and pepper
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 10 tsp ketchup (sugar free)

Methodology

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and put together a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the meat, egg, chips, almond flour and seasonings collectively.
  3. Separate the combination into 20 evenly sized balls.
  4. Press the balls flat and add about 1 teaspoon of shredded mozzarella within the heart and wrap the meat round.
  5. Prime every meatloaf chunk with a dollop of ketchup and bake for 10-12 minutes and cooked by.
  6. Serve instantly.
